Recurring Group Meetings

Also referred to as "heartbeat" sessions.

Regular group calls, meetings, or workshops that promote organizational agility and resilience in response to changing environments are key to long-term sustainability.

To avoid wasting participants' time, optimize group meetings for only what's important to each individual participant.

Identify conversations that are only relevant to a subset of the group and make sure they continue separate breakout sessions.

If done efficiently, they facilitate reflection, onboarding, and offboarding, as well as discussions on larger issues and feedback exchange. Their goal is also to support communication and knowledge management within the organization.

Group meetings can follow simple formats like a one-by-one presentation of participants' updates or a more structured approach like the Agile Sprint Scoping [60-90 min]
