Buy and prepare powders

Order organic, but not expensive powders of the supplements you need. Calculate the amounts per supplement you need for a week.

Weigh amounts and mix powders

Mix the necessary amount in a bowl.

Prepare capsules

Split capsules into the halves and separate them in two bowls.

Place them into the capsule machine.

Fill powder mix into capsules

Distribute the powder among the capsules, press it down to compress them.

Close and store

Close the capsules and store them in a cool dry place.
