To make the environment fun and productive, please:
Focus on what is best for overall community
Assume good intentions
Be kind and empathetic towards others
Practice human decency and compassion
Give and gracefully accept constructive feedback
Take proactive responsibility
Communicate clearly if responsibilities cannot be met
Work to avoid/repair negative consequences on others, apologize adequately with affected parties
Learn from experiences, positive and negative.
